Hi  My 7 year old daughter was banned from Famcraft this morning.   Her explanation for her actions are :   She was placing water in a city protection field and was having fun because the water kept disappearing but then the city protection field ended and she did not realise that it had ended.   The water then spread and went on the carpet of ORANGE _OR_NOTHINS arena.  This was a genuine mistake and she couldn't fix it because it was then protected.  Please let me know if you need more information.

 Please make sure she knows to review the rules and to remember that it's never okay to place or break in another player's area without their permission- including allowing water to flow in.

 We will remove her ban now so she can come back and play. Thanks!
