Famcraft is now offering a new EXTREME Wastelands map fully updated and revamped to make it even more challenging and fun!
You can find the new Extreme Wastelands server at /warp sg through the WORLDS gate.
The new Extreme Wastelands features the same poisonous air and eternal rain you know and love but there's so much more!
Now, in addition to struggling for your very survival in the toxic and volatile overworld , you also stand the risk of injury and illness. With diseases rampant in this harsh and unforgiving world, you'll want to make sure you keep plenty of medical supplies stocked up. And if you do happen to die (And you WILL die) then you will spawn a zombie with your name to greet you upon the return to the location of your death using /back. Good luck!
But.. it's not ALL bad. If you can convince at least half of the players to sleep in their bed at night, you can turn it back to daytime. Additionally, scout out the areas around random gates. You'll have a rare chance to find a supply crate with a few random supplies to help you on your journey. Watch out, you may need to block-jump to claim these items.
You'll have access to your daily rations with /kit rations, which will provide a snack and your daily allowance of 1000 coins.
You'll also have the raffle as well as the jobs you are already familiar with from the Main and Classic servers.
Overall, we hope this will be a fun and exciting new survival experience for new and veteran Wastelanders alike.
Please keep in mind, Wastelands is a lot more difficult than regular survival- especially first starting out.
If you give it a shot and it's more frustrating than fun, please return to the Main or Classic survival server and continue with your regularly scheduled programming. Just make sure you keep having fun!

* Please feel free to download the cheaty translucent pumpkin mask resource pack below if you'd like to be able to see enough to have a fighting chance on that brutal map. It makes the pumpkin mask very easy to see through. Good luck!
