Based on your forum message, past behavior and this plea I am going to go ahead and unban you so you can help your sister.
Please understand the reason you were temp-banned is because after a staff member asked you to drop a topic, you continued to talk about it. Even if you just keep saying "I did drop it", it's still talking about it.
In the future, if someone asks you to drop a topic, please simply stop talking about that topic completely. This will help to keep you out of trouble.
