If we pay, can we have extra shops? They're kind of small individually for my liking.

eGI:
Nope, it is 1 shop per person.  Now if you line up regular and trapped chests side by side in there, you can fit in a lot of stuff in there.  These aren't meant to be HUGE shops, they are meant to be an easy shop for players to acquire, especially our newer players who do not have the money to afford the bigger shops in other malls yet.
