I don’t quite know how to word it, but I’ll do my best;
Find a good skin website to use, make your skin, then create a folder on your computer to hold it. Once you’ve got the skin on your computer, you can click the “attachments and other options” when you make a new post (it’s the one with the tnt icon) and pick your skin out of that folder.
I hope this helped! I know I had TONS of trouble when i first got started.... I hope it’s easier for you.
