Can't log in.

Neither I nor Elle_Felle can log in. We get message "Outdated Server". Everything was fine last night.

Our MC did update some files, so if that is the issue, then I don't know how to use an older version without it updating automatically.

Yes--if you use the default setting on the Minecraft Launcher, it will always grab the most recent release.

This usually works fine, but not during the time between a new release and when all of the various plug-ins are updated so that Famcraft itself can safely be updated to the new version.
