A couple of clan setting questions

Zerop:
How does one rename a clan? Not the nickname, but the actual clan. Do we just disband and make a new one? (I'm guessing yes.)

Also, we were away for a while and everyone but me (the clan owner) was removed from the clan. I read somewhere about auto-kick but can't find any more detailed information. Is this a setting I can set or is it server-side? If it's server-side, what is it set at?

You have to make a new clan to rename it.

The auto kick is 60 days. I do not think anyone can change that.
