I know there's usually new blocks with updates but I think it would be awesome if Concrete could be added to the Builder job (place and break). Could be even better if coins could be made making the concrete too.

Placing concrete powder is already part of the builder job so technically covers your last sentence.

To piggy pack on your post, the blocks for Prismarine, Prismarine Brick, and Dark Prismarine are also not part of the Builder job at this time.

eGI:
I mean, at this point, we should add in the "eGI Job."  You would get money for mining coal ore, smelting gold swords, and digging gravel.  That's it, because those tend to be the 3 things I do the most.  Greatest Job Ever!!!
