Falling out of the world

Ok so i was just going through a stargate to spawn and the floor did not work. I kept falling util i died. And as the title says, i fell out of the world. And lost my stuff. I don't know if it was a glitch from my side or your side but if you can possibly fix it, it would be good because i don't want others losing all stuff the have.

Also is it possible to get my stuff back? Saweyacherfox said if you die from a glitch usually you can get your stuff back, or something along those lines.

 Which Stargate did you fall through? It sounds like lag on your end. We do not usually replace lost items for any reason.

Starry_Phantom:
Ok. I fell trough the random one from the desert random stargate.
