Alternate clients?

I stumbled across a post from Zerop asking about alternate clients such as Lunar or Badlion. I know there are a bunch of mods that include hack functions, although from past usage, Lunar and Badlion mainly help lag spikes, more FPS, and there are extra functions like a built in compass, armour HUD and cooldown displays. (epearls and crit delay)

If an admin could clear whether alternate clients are okay or not, i would greatly appreciate it, and so would others on lower-end spec pcs.
