Well ill be 18 at this time chip but I am in PA. Money reasons may cause me not to be able to drive down there or take a train BUT hopefully ill have a job in my field being 18 at the time so ill be an 80% of coming.

Also guys he is holding it 18+ because not that he wants to exclude you but since you are under the age of 18 you are in his hands. If anything would happen he would be held responsible also you cant drive up there or be out/ driving late. Please dont feel left out he holds the age limit for safety reasons and such.
