Enchanted Books

NerdyNinja1272 bought an enchanted book from the donorshop, but it only says "Enchanted book" and doesn't compute when using it with anvil...
Is it a glitch, or something else?

I went to the donor shop to get a 'Flame' Book (level I) and instead of the title '§eEnchanted Book§r' (in color) it said 'Enchanted Book' with no color and nothing under it. I put it in an anvil and it didn't work in the anvil.
