Horses Despawning

I was just posting this to let bk and micah (and kealper) know that when you're on a horse, and you log out, it despawns. It happened to me twice, once my horse had my gold armor on!  :'(

Is this going to be fixed?

 I spawned two horses last night in different locations. I logged in and out several times, then left and slept for a few hours. Mine both remained. Both of mine had a bail of hay in the pen. Both were in fairly large fenced areas. One was named, one was not.

 I will try to see if I can learn anything about this issue.

Anna, that's not what I reported wrong. They don't just despawn. When you are on a horse and you log out, it disappears.

Then hop off the horse before logging out :P Jeb has reported 30 fixes so far for 1.6.2

I don't know when 1.6.2 will be out, but dealing with these types of bugs will have to do for now.
