Clan Olympics! [suggestion: Ideas needed!]

I know there are a few people who have a variety of horses at their disposal, as well as my own clan's stables (filled with almost every color/pattern and a plethora of speeds/jump heights/health).

If we could, we could try and breed the ideal pair of horses together, then continue to breed them to create horses as identical to the parents as possible, so that each horse would have (about) the same speed, same jump, same health.

In a semi-related subject, i'd like to still be a part of this awesome project, but i might have to hand over the reigns (pun not intended) to someone else to lead this thing with, as i have my own hands full with a lot of stuff lately, and i won't be able to dedicate all my time to it like i did the carnival :T

I could try to help build it if yous wanted me to. I'm bnot a great builder, but I can follow along with what other people are doing

But if you guys need any help building, i'd be happy to. I might not be creative but i'm good at following instructions

But i will admit that once a basic idea has been brought to my attention, i will have many idea's on how to make it

Stitch can vouch for that... mabye... probably not... on second thought, don't ask Stitch XD

Since Micah isn't responding to the server idea (I didn't think it was gonna happen on a server anywho :/) I'm going to go ahead and have a big world edit to make a giant flatland, and I'm going to protect it all with precious stones. I'm thinking around 200x200 blocks? I'll do it and post screenies later

UPDATE: Computer is still broken, good thing is we know the problem so we are working on fixing it! For now if you wanna help then do /mail dawbro (message) to let me know! As soon as my computer is fixed I will talk to Chris to get that WE done and start construction!

i think you could do hurdles to! i know how.

steps:

Items needed:
Racing track
fence's
tnt
obsidian
pressure plate

steps:

1. Build the track
2. make every say 10 - 20 block have hurdles,
3. Everywhere around the hurdles must have obsidian
4. in front of the hurdle have tnt and a pressure plate
5. make sure that creative is accesible or have a plug in that you dont get hurt
6. make sure obsidian is around the tnt

make sure when you step on the pressure plate you jump up

also i suggest you make a practice track because sometimes it doesnt work

Horses cant swim, and how would everyone race with 1 horse?

Here are a few more ideas:
Swimming
Running
Long jump
Wrestling/boxing (i think thats an olympic sport) what u do is have no items in ur inventory and fight fist-tto-fist
Aquestrian (Just see who can manage their horse best)
Somehow do gymnastics (make players choreograph intresting dances with some sort of stunts)
Beam (Make a beam out of fences and see who can stay on longest while jumping & stuff)

also make trophys
1st: 3 diamonds
2nd: 2 diamonds
3rd: 1 diamond

and give maybe 2-3 iron ingots to the other competetors for trying

It doesn't necessarily have to be a clan, it can just be a team of friends but I'm going to say about 5 people per team.
If you guys have a team have ONE person from the team make a post with all of the people in that team.
Also team names are OPTIONAL but it would be kinda cool to have one.
