I'm now accepting bids on shops in The Mushroom Mall. The mall can be seen by going to /warp mall then use the stargate at the end of the BLUE hallway.
There are 40 shops total.
16 of them are 9x9x9 (floor to ceiling is 8 blocks, but one layer of the floor can be removed by the shop owner to put in his own). These are located on the bottom floor.
The rest are 5x7x4 (floor to ceiling is 3 blocks, but one layer of the floor can be removed by the shop owner to put in his own). These are located on the top floor.
The shops are numbered P1 through P30 and C1 through C10. The C shops can be bid on, but the winning bidder is decided by me, not the amount. The reason for this is to allow those with less money a chance to win a shop.
Bidding will be as follows:
P1 to P4 start at 15k
P5 to P12 start at 10k
P13 to P16 start at 5k
P17 to P30 start at 1k
C1 to C19 start at 500
Visit the mall and pick the shop you wish to bid on, then come back here and place your bid. Bidding will end on Friday.
When placing your bid, please put the shop number you want in the subject line.
Shop owner rules:
1 - Killing a Mooshroom is considered griefing and will be delt with accordingly.
2 - Shops that are inactive or unstocked for 30 days or more will be resold. Items in the shop will be moved to storage for the owner to pick up at their convenience.
3 - shops may not be used as storage.
4 - Shop owners may NOT sell their shops to anyone but me. I will only pay the starting bid price to recover the shop from you if you decide to sell.
5 - If you have been evicted, you will NOT receive a refund of the starting bid.
