HorseKeep - Unable to teleport horse

I have 3 trained horses and when I tried to teleport them to me, I get an error message: "Horse [number] was not teleported because of an unknown error".

One horse teleported fine, but then something strange happened and it died mid-teleport.

Any ideas on how to fix this?
