My anvil is being a dumdum

Freedollar:
first pic: trying to combine together a Lure 3 and a Unbreaking 2 fishing rod with lure 3 in the second slot
second pic: trying to combine the same, but with unbreaking 2 rod in the second slot.
Has anyone else noticed these?  :P

That's very common when it comes to combining the enchants from two different tools.  According to the Minecraft Wiki: "The anvil uses a complex XP cost system where the way the tools are positioned and how many times they are repaired affect their cost.
