Grief Revert Fields Eliminated

Effective immediately we are disabling and eliminating the option to create and use Grief Revert fields. They have always had extremely limited utility, have always confused players. If you for some reason relied on them, please use emerald or diamond blocks instead.

If you've never heard of grief revert fields, good :)
