Think of it more as Dirt is helpful, but diamonds are REALLY helpful :D They're both likes, but one is for a super great job

 :O Some people still do not see the beauty in dirt. I use dirt more than I use diamonds. It lets me pretty up my landscape and grow food.

 Since some people were not happy with the dirt they kept getting, you can now reward diamonds or emeralds. This is kind of like the old "If you don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything at all" thing. If you'd prefer not to give resources, it's fine not to give anything. Otherwise, please be kind and toss a diamond or emerald someone's way :D
