2 Openings in eGI's Main Mall Shop 1-3

So I have split the upper floor of my mall shop in the main mall into 2 5x10 sections that are currently up for bid.  The left side is up for bid for 3 days, while the right side is up for 6 days.  You cannot own both sides.  This is to allow more people access to a mall shop.

I have discovered over time, that keeping up with a mall shop is rather difficult, and there is a lot of space leftover that goes unused.  This is to allow players a small section of the main mall so they can focus on keeping the chests they have stocked with items.

Isn't there a rule of having 2 players at the most owning a mall shop?

I asked Anna about this before I went ahead with this.  The limit is 4 people co-occupying a mall shop in the main mall.
