puggy does know xD...
Barking is  the abrupt, harsh, explosive cry of a dog. which in some form can mean u dog is Angry,Upset,Happy or playful so the typical "Bark" of a dog can mean many different emotions. and the same can kinda be judged like in minecraft if there tale is waging they are happy if it is not can mean tired,sad or scared xD so yes domsters barking is normal for your dog :)
