Signs glitch in shops

I was making my shop in the mall and wanted to add a second floor with an elevator sign, but only the bottom sign worked and when i go to make the top one it says the sign is not locked by me and wont let me destroy it, the first two times i figured out how to destroy it like breaking blocks around the one the sign was on and it came off but this time it wont work when I try that.

This does happen sometimes after taking over a shop. I ran a database cleanup command that will hopefully resolve it, unless there is a sign now. If so, hit up any admin when you see them online.
