Hey guys,
As you know I've been quite poorly with a bad chest.
Even though there are small signs of improvement, its really beaten me up and im knackered.
So, if you don't see me on please don't be mad.

if your in china like me ATM you can always try chinese medicine, it works extremly well with sicks and colds( it tastes really really bad) it has herbs in it, you put the herbs in a pot and then put water, boil it for a whole day and drink the black fluids ( it smells really bad too, i once vomited when drinking it while young)

Well I'm not getting worse but not getting better really. I find myself very tired and grumpy most of the time so I don't feel up to coming on sorry

I completely agree. Nobody will hold it against you for being off. If you need time to get better, that's completely all right and understandable. I sincerely hope you can get better as soon as possible.
