Non-allied players can see other clans ally chat.

LightBulbasaur:
If I am right, (Example: Cielo is allies with only Royals, but royals is allies with Cielo and fires.) If Cielo and Royals joined ally chat, Fires could see them because Royals is allied with Fires.)
