Ghast spawning in ps fields

Winston:
Ghast are able to spawn in a ps field. Prevent-mob-spawn is turned on.
Ghast also spawn from eggs when summoned in a PS field.
Tested in nether, end, and overworld.
Doesn't spawn in a region.
