cardinalland:
You are trying to cross a lava lake. You throw an enderpearl. Unfortunately, you miscalculate the throw, and it ends up in the lava. You die of lava seconds afterwards. Pigs start flying.
Slime Block

IronBlu:
you jump down a glass tube from your base 100 blocks above the ground down to your mine at bedrock, you know slime blocks negate all fall damage, however you didn't know that if you hold shift you take the damage. You were holding shift for some reason  :P
