Can't delete META-INF for Forge?

So I'm guessing the first line says it all...  :-X

- But apparently I can get META-INF deleted and Forge to run fine with 7-Zip on my laptop.

I don't know if it's even possible to do it on WinZip, but if anyone can tell me how or has a tutorial on how to delete it with WinZ, please post it as for some reason my PC has issues (FPS spikes, skin glitches, etc.) with it even if I tried using Optifine.  :(
