You have to provide more details, is it giving you any errors, are you placing  the it pops out or you cant place at all? Are there any pstones around, maybe a grief revert field? Let me know.

There is redstone because its suppose to be automatic, there are no fields near it, my friend thinks its plenary,and none else can place there either

Still not enough details, it can't be plenary as he isn't programed for that, if you can kindly give me your coordinates, or even try to be on when ever so we can work on this together.
