I looked into this before and I don't think we can set that up with permissions i.e. per player or group. In the Jobs config it's either 3 jobs for everyone, or 4 or 5, etc.

You have a lot of choices. If it's your first $20, then you get the 10 homes, donorshop rights, the colored name, ability to change your name to an approved nickname, then a choice of either level 10 enchanted bow, looting, sword, or fortune pick, or 5 additional homes on top of the 10 (15 total). You would also get 4 of the "$5 picks" which are the max legit type of picks you can get with either silk touch or fortune 3.
