bknysnake has made available a PO Box where we can receive donations from those of you who want to donate but have no access to a credit/debit card. The default payment methods via mail are cash or money order. US Dollars only. (Other currencies are accepted via PayPal).

If you utilize the mail to send in a donation, you should take a few important steps to increase the odds that your donation will arrive intact:

    If you send cash, we recommend you put the cash in a birthday-style card. This will prevent people from feeling the cash through the envelope. Any kind of card will suffice. If you want to write a few words to bknysnake, go for it
    If you send a money order, we recommend either using a privacy envelope or wrapping the money order in 2 pieces of paper. The goal is to keep people from being able to hold your envelope up to a light to see what's in it. Money orders can be found at the post office, grocery stores, gas stastions, etc. Any kind should be fine. We prefer not to accept personal or business checks. If you are worried about your donation being lost of stolen, use a money order and keep its stub to be able to file a dispute with the money order company if the check never reaches us.
    The above tips are things you should always think about when using the US Mail system because of thieving postal workers.
    Include your minecraft username on a piece of paper.

I'm curious what is actually in the donator shop, and what are the prices for those things? I already know they are unobtainable things like mob spawners, and that they aren't cheap, but I can't (couldn't) read the text on the signs through the glass wall from the [old] admin shop.

Sure, no problem. The signs used to be easier to read before we added a denser barrier between the admin and donor shops.

A question. I have donated $5 already to the server. If i donate $15 more do i still get a super pick? Also can you post an updated picture of the donator shop?

Yes the lvl 10 picks are stackable, not the lvl 20. I'll get an updated picture.

Can we add /kit torch as a donator perk (gives one stack of torches per use, allowed to be used once every 30 seconds)? Maybe at the $60 or $80 mark.

In my opinion, torches aren't valuable enough of a reward for giving the server actual money.  Coal and sticks are plentiful, and making stacks of torches is not hard at all.  Things that can be easily obtained in the game should not be a donor reward.

I have to say I understand both points. Tricky I understand that you tend to forget to bring torches, or maybe you just run out too quick, but giving away torches, as frequently as that is out of the question, if I were to do it, I'll probably do it for every few hours, we don't want players to depend on things like that.

As for Bleeper, you are correct, it isn't really something valuable, but if it isn't, wouldn't it be like a nice perk to have? never worry about forgetting torches. I really don't know what to say here, let's see what micah thinks, if he can't decide either, then we put it up for a vote.

I don't know if you have already answered this or not, but could you maybe put wither stars in the donorshop?
