connection timed out

Hello all,
Sorry to bother you, but since the 1.8 started, I have had some connection issues. I time out, and cannot connect to either server for a while. I am not sure whether it's just me or not, so I thought I would check. It has been happening fairly often. I understand that adding a whole new map to the server means a heavy new load, as I said, I ust wanted to check it's not my end.

No worries, it was not you. The server was not letting other people connect to the server. Right now it should be fine and you should be able to connect.  :D

What is the reason for the server not letting people connect? It happened yet again.. Makes me sad :(
