Hello

My daughter (Bree_Blue), logged on the other day and discovered that she was banned. I have read and understand all of the rules and stickies for this thread and she understands all of the rules of the server.

When the message comes up on the screen it gives no indication of which rule was broken (a feature I might suggest adding).

It is impossible to "plead our case," if we don't know what we are accused of.

So the obvious question is...why was she banned?

 Thank you for taking the time to inquire about your child's ban. Permanant bans do display a reason for the ban. Our temporary bans do not.
 If Bree understands the rules she either forgot them or completely disregarded them when she broke and stole another player's door. We absolutely do  not  tolerate griefing or stealing on this server. Every block transaction is logged so we are able to determine which pkayer has griefed in a situation like this.
 Your daughter was banned for two days. She will be able to return to the server shortly if she wishes. She will need to follow the rules and always remember to be respectful of other players and their properties.
