Trading Villagers not refreshing

Over the last few days I have noticed that the Villagers (mostly clerics) in Eco have not refreshed their Rotten Flesh trade, and also various other villagers in the Pro Farms area seem to be stuck with the red X on their basic trade too. There is a sign in Pro Farms that says the villagers will refresh so perhaps this is a glitch which may require investigation.

 I've inspected the villagers in question. It appears only certain trades have been used. They likely will not refresh until someone uses some of the other trades a few times. Thank you.

Ah right, thank you, I wasn't sure if they refreshed automatically. We were able to do the zombie flesh trade every day until quite recently.
