The first floor of the TCoEA Mall is now completed and ready to use. It's 20k per shop unless otherwise specified. The rules of the mall are posted next to either side of the portal getting you there which can be found at /warp mall and going left. You should see a sign on one of the portals saying TCoEA Mall.
