Most of are excited about 1.12 parrots,terra cotta colored beds.Talk about it here.

They're adding 5 new noteblock sounds, including xylophone, bells, and guitar.

The beds are bouncy, but you still take (reduced) damage and aren't as bouncy as slime blocks.

We can now put fences, levers, torches, etc. on the backs of stairs.

New sounds, like boat paddles, reeling in fishing rods, and throwing eyes of ender.

The illusioner, a (currently) creative-only mob that acts as the newest member of the Illager family.

The "narrator" who will read out loud either only chat, only commands, or everything.

I'm so ready for 1.12! I think my favorite addition is probably concrete, because it's just the plain colors.

1.12 Hype?  We don't need that, eGI is all the HYPE anyone ever needs. (but building stuff out of terracotta just for the sake of it sounds fun)
