Title: Not sure if this is a glitch... but does the server use KiwiIRC now?

Not sure if this is a glitch... but does the server use KiwiIRC now instead of the default EsperNet web IRC client? Thanks ;D

Not 100% sure if this is correct, but I think sometimes if there is an issue with Espernet IRC, the admins switch the website's irc over to KiwiIRC for a while. It's happened before, and I'm not sure if it's permanent.
