::EDIT:: All plots are currently taken! Sorry guys! I have decided to open up a thread in hopes of selling off some of the plots here, and bring in some new citizens! (It gets lonely building all alone!)
The plots in the picture below marked in GREEN are the ones available for purchase. Plots marked with a red "X" are reserved/taken. (I will update this as plots are sold!). Each 10x10 plot is $5,000*, or 8 Diamonds -- and can be connected to one another. (For example, if you bought F,G,H, and I, you could build on all four plots as if they were one).
(* = The price of plots has been raised from $3,000 after discussing it with Jchampion2.)
You may build whatever you like there, as long as it stays within the theme of the village. (Medieval). Which means:
No modern skyscrapers, no modern houses, & no Pixel art. You're allowed sky-limit to bedrock to build, and are allowed of course to keep whatever ore you find there! If you're unsure about anything, feel free to /mail Boysandghouls and I'll let you know
In addition, with your purchase, you receive:
- Full use of our automated farms
Wheat
Potatoes & Carrots
Sugar Cane
Cactus
Netherwart
Cocoa Beans
and

Pumpkins & Melons
- Full use of Proasheck Farms (owned by Jchampion2)Reached by use of minecarts. This farm includes trees (birch, spruce, and oak), sheep (white and black only atm) and mushrooms. More farms are on their way!
And full use of our Skeleton XP farmWhich can be reached by our train station.
Each purchase will
also receive a small "gift basket" which includes a tour guide book, a rulebook, and some small extras!
