Alright, this may be a bit confusing but...
Open the start menu (Or the windows button)
Type in "run" with out the " and push Enter
A little window should pop up, in that type "%appdata%
Double click the folder called ".minecraft"

OPTIONAL but recommended: Right click the folder called "screenshots"
OPTIONAL but recommended: Click "Pin to Quick access" This will let you open up libraries and see the screenshots folder under Quick Access!

Then double click the folder called "screenshots"
Does that help?

Late reply: you can also quickly get to it by opening the Resource Pack menu in Minecraft and clicking "Open resource pack folder". Look at the top of the window and you should see something like
"Joel > AppData > Roaming > .minecraft > resourcepacks".
Click ".minecraft" and proceed to the Screenshots folder.

Happy Thanksgiving to the Canadians of Famcraft.

As an American, I have absolutely no clue what day/month Thanksgiving is and I'm too lazy to Google it.
Anyways, happy Thanksgiving, Canadians of Famcraft :)

Do I spot another Pixel in this thread?

Go in Minecraft settings > Edit Profile > Launcher Visibility: Hide launcher and re-open when game closes

Launch the game, then let it crash, when the launcher re-opens, at the top of the launcher, look for Crash Report. Copy the whole report.

Alternatively, you can copy the report text file by going to "C:\Users\YourName\AppData\Roaming\.minecraft\crash-reports"

I noticed you can also access .minecraft easily by opening the launcher, going to Edit Profile, then Open Game Dir. Just open the "crash-reports" folder, then copy the file that looks something like "crash-2016-08-12_15.33.17-client.txt" and add it as an attachment in the forum reply.

Ohai is a cool name. Ohai needs to come online more.

Pixel misses Ohai.

General Discussion / Re: A Second Account // Only Used For Timelapses
« on: July 19, 2016, 02:03:56 PM »
I don't think the admins would allow it, seeing (in the past) they've said (along the lines) you can not play with alternate accounts under any circumstances. What you could do, though, is get a friend or family member to come online for the duration of your time lapse and record for you.
If it is allowed in the future, I wish you luck. :)

Speaking of super secret settings, anyone know why it was removed from the settings page? It was very convenient where it was.
My apologies for a late reply, a lot of stuff is happening in my real life currently. The removal may be due to potential complaints in the past. In all honesty, I have a feeling it was removed from the official 1.9 update because of the changes made to the graphics renderer. I haven't looked into the Super Secret Settings button removal myself, though I did come across this,
Quote from: Unknown Source
The shader functionality accessible through Super Secret Settings is currently undergoing a full rewrite, according to Minecraft developer Eric Broes, and so the button was temporarily removed. It's possible it may not return and that shaders may come back with some other method of accessibility.
This is a dated quote, but it does provide some insight into the dissappearance of Super Secret Settings in the settings menu. Like ApolloMew said, the Settings can't be used without commands anymore. If you have any dated mods in your folder (old OptiFine, minimap, cosmetic mods), that could be part of the problem. Seeing you had no texturepack, try enabling a simple, lightweight texturepack. In the case none of our suggestions work, a quick and complete reinstall of Minecraft may be in order.

Once again, I'd like to apologize if I'm all over the place or don't make much sense when replying. It's nice to be on the forums once again.

Were you using a texturepack or anything from the SuperSecretSettings part of the options menu (if 1.9 has that feature anymore)?
Assuming you used a texturepack, it may have been too bugged out or simply incompatible. In the case the TP is just bugged, or you were using the SuperSecretSettings, either way it could be just a texture glitch and will be fixed once you completely exit the game and restart.

Edit: Then again, I could be completely wrong and it was just a random occurrence. My apologies if I sound all over the place, I haven't had much sleep and so on.

Minecraft Player Skins / Re: Can't change skin

At this point I would ask a parent if they remember the answers to the security questions. If not, and there isn't a button to request to reset your questions, try contacting Mojang support.
I was going to link you to the necessary or potentially helpful threads on the official Mojang support page but I'm not entirely sure if that's okay here.

If it's not, but allowed in PMs, that would be good too.

Other Minecraft themed creations / Re: Creative screenshots?
« on: May 23, 2016, 07:50:33 PM »
I would think all screenshots are okay as long as they don't have any obvious/coded stuff that results in the Famcraft rules being broken.
Anything that isn't permitted within the Famcraft community shouldn't be included in the screenshot, in my opinion.

- For example, sharing a screenshot on the Famcraft forums, but indirectly/intentionally advertising another server by including a chat message, sign, or series of blocks resulting in another server's name or address.

General Discussion / Re: Is this mod allowed?
« on: May 16, 2016, 07:51:35 PM »
The mod is for 1.6.4 so I doubt it will work anyways. If you find a 1.8/1.9 version, probably.

I don't exactly agree with this mod. What's the point? You're going to wind up checking every single tab to get it to stop bugging you anyways, and I don't think it's very useful if you're in another chat tab and someone needs you but you can't see it. It may seem a bit negative, but I really don't see the point of the mod even if you do get it working, though it's not my decision as to whether or not you use it, so go ahead if the admins give you the green light on the mod.
