Title: WHY IS MY 1.9 NOT WORKING???

for some reason when i log into minecraft, it comes up with loading 1.9, then i get to start screen, i go single player, create new world, create, then it crashes, and this is what it comes up with...

Try going to the 1.9 snapshot and see if that works.

Typical techie troubleshooting tips:

Have you updated Java lately? (Latest is Version 8, Update 73.)
Check your version at: https://www.java.com/verify/ (https://www.java.com/verify/)

Is Windows up-to-date?

Based on similar reported problems, it may be a problem with your Intel graphics drivers. Can you make sure those are all updated?

Just go to the latest snapshot before 1.9.
If that doesn't work, try uninstalling and reinstalling Minecraft.

The snapshots didn't work, but, I went to  the first developers version EVER and played for 5mins and then went on to 1.9 and it works. I had already uninstalled and reinstalled mc. There was another Java that came out too. So I updated that too and now it works. This thread can be closed
