Sorry about the delay in responding, but yep, any non-admin staff (Helper, JrMod, or SrMod) can look into that sort of thing, and admins have a command they can run to automatically undo the damage that was caused once identified, without having to try rebuilding things by hand or using anyone's building materials. If you just ask in chat for any staff to check out a problem, they can look into it and either let an admin know that some damage at that spot needs to be fixed, or if an admin is the one to check out the problem, fix it right there immediately.

Hello! The next time he's on, if you or him could show a staffmember where the missing blocks should be, we'll be able to tell who it was that took them and when they did it, and we'll also be able to undo any damage that player caused in the area.

Thank you for taking the time to post a plea.
Being honest is very important in all of life, including when you're here on Famcraft. It wasn't nice to break that other player's fences once they weren't looking, and it wasn't nice to then go and lie to that player and to me when you said a creeper did it.
You are unbanned and you can now rejoin Famcraft, we look forward to seeing you back.

Just temporarily offline, we moved some things around hardware-wise and we're going to be doing a full regeneration of the website map with full 1.12 block support. Unfortunately, a full regeneration of all that map takes some time, so the map may not be available for another week or so. Once everything is generated again, it will update on a regular schedule again just like it has been. Sorry about the inconvenience!

We did check out ZHorse as a potential replacement a while back but what we finally settled on should be much better-suited for us, though that replacement will come with 1.13 once we're able to update to that. Once we've got it in place, we'll get more info about how to use it out there to everyone. A challenge with something like a protection plugin swap is that we must create tools to import the data from one plugin to the other in a way that the replacement plugin will understand.

As we've been able to speak in-game about measures to prevent this from happening in the future, your sister is now unbanned and can join Famcraft again.
As this has been a reoccurring problem in the past, we will not keep unbanning her in the future if she continues to spam the chat with random letters. With any luck, having her multiplayer chat settings set to "Commands Only" or "Hidden" will be enough to keep her out of trouble until she's able to start talking with the other players by herself.

We're comfortable with how this was handled. You logged in and immediately said things that were blocked by the chat filter. That specific thing you initially said wasn't that severe, but everything in the chat filter is there for a reason. Once you had said it and seen it was blocked, you said another message that was blocked, which again, wasn't too severe in the grand scheme of things but still... Afterwards, you asked what IRC was, as I was speaking from it at the time. I used a tool from IRC that allows staff to relay consistent information, and directed it to give you information about what IRC was. You attempted to use the keyword that would supply that specific information after I had used it, and that was of course blocked by the filter, as it's a staff-only tool. Immediately after that was blocked, you said "WHAT" and a staff member informed you that it was a staff tool and not something everyone could use. I sent another message using that same tool that told you a bit about why the filter was catching so many things. The message said this: Occasionally the swear filter will catch a non-swear word, or spam (repeating characters). If this happens, you will receive an automatic warning from the server. Staff can still see when your message is blocked by the filter, so staff will know if what you said was actually bad or not.
After you had read that message explaining that not everything the chat filter catches is a swear word, and that we use it for other things, such as spam-control, you literally said "your swear filter is trash". Which was blocked because we don't want people calling things "trash" in our chat, by the way. So you're telling us that our chat filter is "trash" because most of what you want to say here is exactly the sort of stuff we don't want in our chat for one reason or another. Happy server hunting!

Unfortunately we're going to be down for a few hours yet again, so sorry yall.
Although the server is not playable at this time, don't worry, your things are okay!
We've got a temporary creative server set up for everyone to play in while we get things sorted with the survival servers. We'll post updates here if we've got updates.
UPDATE:
We're making progress, and some things are already back online. We're confirming some hardware configuration changes we're making before we bring the survival servers back up.

We're back! Sorry about that yall, we've taken steps to try to ensure this won't be a problem in the future. Thank you for sticking with us during that several-hour downtime, and happy Famcrafting!

The celebrations are going quite well so far! Drop parties, sign hunts, huge raffle winnings, and music galore! We've not had this many listeners at the same time for Famcast before, and we've had that amount all day! Thank you to the admin who didn't mention herself in the original post, RubensCherub. Without her, Famcraft as we all know it would simply not exist today. She's the one who handles creating the basis for what makes Famcraft, well, Famcraft! She's the one who creates the rules, the one who creates most all the public areas in-game, the one who comes up with most all the ideas that end up being introduced to Famcraft, the one who handles getting most all of the information players need to know out and into their hands, and more. She does countless other things behind the scenes that players don't see that has enabled Famcraft to stay around so long. She's absolutely a vital part of that heartbeat that keeps Famcraft being so very Famcraft! RubensCherub, you are Famcraft. <3 Thank you to everyone that we've hit a milestone that not many places in Minecraft can say they've hit. Thank you to all our players, staff, admins, and owner. Yall are all Famcraft, indeed!

Thank you for taking the time to plea.
Everyone is human and makes mistakes from time to time, but after several occurrences in the last two days, it was clear that saying that particular acronym had become second-nature for you. We're quite proud of how strict our chat filter is, and as that acronym contains a swear word, it's far more serious to say it than it would be if you were just continually saying a word that was harmless but was being caught by the filter due to coincidentally having some other blocked word in it.
You've been unbanned, we look forward to seeing you in-game again.

We take our rules very seriously here at Famcraft, and we also don't tend to put much effort into providing for players that don't at least try to put in much effort to be here. The end result of our strictness, among other things, is a safe place that's free of bullying, griefing, trolling, and anything else negative, really, and we're quite proud of that.
When someone new joins and immediately tells us something like you said after being asked if they'd read the rules, you can imagine how that might not give off the best of first impressions.

Many of Famcraft's services are experiencing interruptions at the moment due to a power outage that has affected one of our local internet providers.
Although we have no ETA at this time, due to the scale of the outage, we don't expect it to be too long.
