It's not finished but I suppose if you can get admin to move it and restore its location you can have it. (I must be on for the move)

If they are diamond blocks there should be 40 in between each stone and can be placed anywhere from Y1-Y250. Diamond blocks cover an area that is 41x41x250. Unless that has changed...
