Title: Who Gave You Your Tours
Post by: RealAndrewH on December 09, 2013, 06:28:43 PM: When you first found Famcraft, they asked you if you wanted a tour. Who gave you yours? Rundrop, a Jr. Mod at the time, gave me mine. I didn't know how to select a job, and he stood there for 5 minutes... ;D

And gee, don't remember :o It was so long ago... But I think it was one of the old admin team, like Road or Micah.

I took a tour about 2 weeks later and I think Chip when he was a Jr. Mod or a Sr. Mod, I really don't know, that's how long ago it was XD

LOL, those NPCs! I experimented with them before, their player quest update system was completely useless... All those were good for was turning them on hostile mode for players and dropping all of my friends in a circle with about 20 hostile guards with diamond gear around them... I'm so nice to my people ::)

Back on topic, I was toured by lovely Ms. Anna as well :) And after having played for several months, I realized what a blessing it actually was, since after hanging around, I had noticed that admins rarely toured anyone...

And hey, where are all the people hiding who I toured, eh? :P

Normally the only way an Admin is able to tour would be to steal it from a helpful helper or a Jr/SrMod, which very often is the case.

This is somewhat debatable... Although I do recall nearly half of the people I toured either not sticking for around more than a few days or getting banned within a week and never returning... I feel as if I have not properly served my community during my time... :'(

I was thinking the same bk, not a single person I toured way back a year ago or so has shown up in this forum post. It makes me sad to think I toured only people who ran away from the server :(

Nope, there was more than one staff online when you joined. I remember because I was online (I was probably the SrMod you remember on tab lol), but I wasn't the one who ended up touring you.
