Most jobs can be balanced with adjusted prices. I think the most balanced way for this job to be organized, would be good early prices and decent scaling. Something like: $5 per basic mob (creepers, skeletons, zombies, etc), increasing by 0.75 or 1 per level. To rival late-game jobs like woodcutter or miner, a "Hunter" would need to be around level 80 or 90.
Since only natural spawners would work with the job, I'd estimate it would be about just as easy and fast to kill mobs, as crafting axes or minecarts. The only difference being that the miner and woodcutter jobs require the player to craft things, sometimes throwing the huge amounts of minecarts or axes in lava, whereas the "Hunter" job would give the player more basic items, without the need to craft/destroy any.

I'd like to buy it myself, although I think the price is too high. Remember that when purchasing a spawner from an admin, you have the option to buy nearly every spawner possible. In my opinion, removing the option (by having them already creeper spawners) decreases the value. Please don't take any of this personally. It's just my opinion, so you don't have to change any of the prices if you don't want to.

I believe mobs that come from a mob spawner do not count for job xp or money. Only naturally spawned mobs give those.

Sorry Soma, it doesn't look like I'll have the time to start it, let alone finish it. The best I could do is share some ideas if someone else can do it. Anyone is welcome to take these ideas, or modify it, if you'd like.
For the Channel Icon:
I was planning on pretty much doing exactly what soma said in the original post. Super cartoony, probably just a circle as the head.
For the Channel Banner:
I was going to do the "SpoonZ" name in some font that I would have made (probably something resembling bubble letters). The two "O's" in "Spoon" would have been a blue and orange portal from the portals game. The "Z" would have been bold or at least something different than the other letters. Could have been made of mossy cobblestone blocks (cartoony), or could make the "P" out of brick blocks. Not sure what I would have done with the "S," though.

Although I haven't had much time recently, I may be able to put something together for this. I make no promises as to when it would get done, but I'll definitely make a good effort to get it done soon. I believe the only thing I'd need to know before starting would be the size of the channel icon.

Granted, but in order to maintain that position on /ontime top, you must stay online as consistently as the others on the list. You don't have that kind of time, so you tire yourself out and suffer from exhaustion.
I wish I had a few nice, loyal clones.

I'm not 100% sure, but it goes something like this:
1. Open up the minecraft launcher
2. Select your profile (the one you want to change, or you could make a new one to have two profiles with different versions)
3. Go to "Edit Profile"
4. Under Version Selection, click on "Use version" and select the version that you'd like (probably 1.7.5)
5. Save profile.
6. Press Play
