I will not be choosing whether you guys get unbanned or not, but I would like to point out 2 things.
1- When making a plea, you don't want to rush staff members into replying and/or unbanning you, it just seems wrong, you should just make your plea and be very patient as staff are busy 24/7 whether it's with FamCraft related things or with real life situations.
2- I understand you feel you were trying to stick up for a friend, but rules are rules, the player was only tempbanned to begin with, now he is back and all of you aren't, why? because you guys felt the need to call out for spammers and players to disrespect the server rules via a video on youtube. That is really disrespectful.
Please keep in mind that our goal on FamCraft is very simple, and the rules are of common sense in most parts. There isn't anything here too dificult. I'm sure most of the rules on this server is followed in your house, enforced by your parents. No cursing, griefing (destroying or stealing your parents/siblings property). No annoying your parents with constantly asking them the same question back to back to back (spam in text), etc. Our rules are followed in many places. I don't know how the rules are enforced in your home but I can bet that these rules are enforced by many parents in their own way.
Thank you for taking your time to plea, please be patient while the staff decide what to do.

Also, in the case that you couldn't wait for the player, we offer many methods for you to contact them, for instance, you could send a message in game with /mail send (palyername) (msg). They will receive the msg the next time they log on. If the player is registered on forums you can send them a private msg there as well. We also have the social network we offer, and you can send them a msg there as well.... There isn't any excuse as to why you couldn't wait, or contacted the player.

I do not try to "convince" any of my staff members into anything. I trust their judgement which is why they are at the position they're at. Thoatt is correct, you aren't allow to make a plea for your brother or anyone in that matter, players must make their own plea, we would only make an exception for parents and/or guardians.

Honestly there is no understanding. You had posted a video asking people to join our server and spam so that your friend may be unbanned, in this, you and the person you were doing the video with knew that you could get banned for this but you didn't care. To top it off you felt you could sacrifice new players by asking them to spam so they can get banned while your ok. What you did was wrong in many ways and personally I don't like it.
I will leave this please for Thoatt to judge, I just felt I should give my opinion on it.

Do to your question being specifically about family or friend, I've removed the other options so players aren't confused as to what the other things mean, I know it gave you many slots to fill up, but it isn't necessary to fill them up, if you leave them blank, it won't show . I hope you enjoy the fix.
