Title: Never played here, but says I'm banned?

Hello,

I tried to login and it told me I wasn't running the right version, so I closed Minecraft and changed to 1.11. When I tried to login again it said I was banned?

 You were banned due to the fact that your username was showing as a reference to a video game we do not allow discussion of on this server.
 Is  your current username Bradin2007? If so, that is a fine name and I can unban you now.

Yes, I changed it afterward thinking that might have been the issue but wasn't sure considering I never made it passed the login attempt :-)
