Title: Why am I banned

My son says it is because he hits "W" to go forward, but the chat feature was active.  Is this why he was banned or was it something else?

 Nighteyes has been spamming in chat, but that is not the only issue. He continually pleads for help but he will not read staff messages or respond to anyone who is trying to help him- he just continues to spam and complain.

 While we are more than happy to try to help him, if he won't pay attention to staff or reply to us, there is nothing more we can do for him.
 
 If he wishes to return he will likely need a bit of guidance or assistance from a parent. He will also need someone to go over the chat rules with him as we do not allow chat spam.
