I cant seem to use the IRC any more, it says: Cannot send to channel. Can anyone help me? Ty.

You need to sign into it. With /msg nickserv identify (password).

And if you have been in-active on irc that would expire so you need to register your account again.

Were you previously voiced? I know you've been on the IRC a lot recently, but when did you lose the ability to talk?

If you're not voiced, you have to request voice on the IRC page.

I'm not really sure. Is it possible you were banned/unvoiced? Why don't you ask admins?
