Hey guys, after long toil i am finally opening my new mall. Its name will be FallMart.
This mall will have a special feature of having a villager trading post where users can buy and trade emeralds with one of my 12 villagers in place! Im looking for more players to fill my stalls, if you are interested in buying read below for more details.
I am offering one free first floor stall to any admin who would like to have it. 8)
There are 22 stalls in total with 3 separate floors
1st floor stalls are 12x 10 are allowed to have a small basement and allowed to edit their floors
1st floor stalls will be 20k
2nd floor stalls are 7x 8 and will be 10k
3rd floor stalls are 4x 7 and will be 6k
2nd and 3rd floor stalls are not allowed to be edited (you can place whatever you want inside)
as the stalls are not 13x13 you will have access to 1 of the 3 diamond blocks in place. Please be responsible.

Like most malls there are rules in place, most are common sense but need to be written anyways.
Rule 1:
Please do not tear down any floors or walls, this is considered griefing and an admin will be contacted.
Rule 2:
Do not ever kill the villagers, again this considered griefing
Rule 3:
Do not extend your stall unless you buy a second stall above or next to your current stall.
Rule 4:
Empty stalls are not allowed, please destroy your shop sign if you are out of stock. An easy way to remedy this is to also buy what you are selling.
Rule 5:
inactive players will have their shops revoked. If you are offline for 30 days in a row and/or your shop is completely out of stock for 30 days i will contact an admin to have your signs removed.
Rule 6:
Do not place anything anywhere outside of your own shop.
Rule 7:
Do not place any ^ps blocks

If people start selling them for less, diamonds will become worthless; like iron.

Its so our economy stays stable. They wont become worthless but then people will have relatively less money.

And, if staff finds diamonds for sale for less than 600 in any public shop, that chest can be closed until the price is changed.
