a base, but make it modern (neat)
use quartz, white stained clay, and a LOT of glass...

Gr8 in my spare time I'll build a modern airbase xcept /fly would help a ton lol I'll manage somehow ;D

BIG ones like mansion and castle are too time-consuming and costly. I suggest you do like a small project that is cool but efficiently built.
