I was Temporarily Banned and would like to know why. Is it because i mentioned that i was going to watch The silence of the lambs?

 Yes. That is why you were banned. You were tempbanned for 4 hours. We do not allow any mention of mature rated games or movies on Famcraft. This is strictly a family friendly server.
